- By using rules
- By having consequences
- By using positive language patterns
- By using Challenge-Ignore-Divert
In Unit 1 we explored the importance of being in a good state to deal with challening behaviour.
In this unit, we will explore the above factors, all of which contribute to our ability to get the best possible outcomes with challenging young people.
